Your earning potential in a Category C+E vehicle is up to 50k a year, and with the increase in online shopping and deliveries, there’s no better time to become an HGV driver. Category C+E drivers often have the opportunity to drive abroad.
Also, the working pattern can mean that you’ll work a few days, followed by a few days off, meaning you can grab a few days quality time with your family. Completing the C+E course means you’ve got the best of both worlds – you can take your pick. Long haul or local drops? A few hours work or a few days work at a time? It’s your decision.

To help you prepare for your test, we offer a huge range of online learning materials and 1:1 support from our advisors.
A training advisor will contact you to schedule a convenient time to train. Once you begin, our experienced instructors will spend 3 days providing all the preparation you need to pass your practical test.
After passing your practical test (congratulations!), take your Driver CPC Initial Qualification (if applicable) and attend your two-day Direct Access work skills course. We have a great job search team available when you are ready to apply for LGV jobs in your area!
