Potter Group Logistics has acquired House of James Transport Ltd, the York based logistics and pallet network operator for an undisclosed sum effective 16th May 2012.
The purchase grows Potter Group Logistics’ turnover by 50% to around £22m. The acquisition adds 100,000 sq. ft. of warehousing, 35 vehicles and 55 trailers to the fleet. Simon Gill, who was managing director of House of James, will remain with the combined businesses as commercial director.
